Need help on a reason to return my psp.It's only about two weeks old so should still be under warrenty i gather. if i told them that i was updating the firmware and the power went of on my psp and now i have no screen will they replace it or send it to sony . or is there anotherreason i can use so they replace it.

just say it stopped working... if they don't accept it than you can always get the modchip.. which only works on certain motherboards... so i'm guessing u downgraded with the wrong motherboard??? idk.. but if that's the case then oyu can't use the modchip

I used the easydowngrader for 2.71 to 1.5 everything worked fine red screen went of psp turned itself of and thats that have no idea how it bricked i follwed everything to the letter. so what ecuse do you think will work.

took it back and played dumb just said i switched it on and got no screen.they said it was a fault with the console and they wont do anything bout it and to take it to sony.
