I'm looking to buy the VIA VT6421L SATA card. I have checked out gearsx and newegg and they both have it but they do not ship to Canada.... Does anyone know any sites that do ship to Canada. Preferably that have already Canadian prices. US prices will work too. Thanks to anyone that can help I've been looking at local computer shops and none of them have it or will order it...

cuz im in toronto and was looking for the same thing!!!
found one at a store!!! This is online too!!! and i have purchased from them before in their ebay store! they are trustable, im gonna buy one monday from them.

is their a difference in detection if it is VT6421A or VT6421L ?? is one better than the other?

The only difference I can tell is that the 6421a has 1 hdd and ide support while the 6421l has 2 for each. I live in BC unforntunitly. I think I'll use this site to order mines THANKS A BUNCH!

I got a sata/ide card from http://stores.ebay.com/Pmonmon came fast with a working xp driver and had no problems flashing with a xtreme bootmaker edited floppy disk.

I simply don't trust ebay. I find the thought of buying an item off a single person a little uncomfortable. I rather purchase my items off a trusts seller like tigerdirect. I've read alot of scams happen on ebay so it's a principle for me not to purchase anything off of it.

if you pay through pay-PAL, then there isnt a risk at all....if you dont get the item, or its not as described you will get your money back 100% of the time. i love ebay, and buy stuff all the time off of there.

hi

thats wat they say but you have to still suffer a long painful process on ebay. Especially when the prices on the cards are purposely raised as they noticed the demand grew (because of 360 modding). and the shipping on the card is actually more than the price of the card. WTH is that even though for me it was supposed to be from windsor to ontario!! so i gave up on it. its mainly all shipping scam. ebay is only good for products that more expensive ($150-$450). then the shipping is at good price.
