(I'm new to these forums so I'm not sure where this goes.)

I'm trying to convert a .AVI file into a VCD. The audio that the AVI was using was AC3, so I seperated that from the file by using Virtual Dub Mod, demuxing the audio file. Then used Besweet GUI to convert it into a MP2 file. Next, I used TMPGEnc to convert the AVI file into an m2v file, then used simple multiplex to combine the two files together again. The outcome is the audio stays in sync for a few minutes and slow yet gradually goes out of sync.

Any tips or solutions for this problem?
Thanks in advance.
~I tried looking around using the search button but I couldn't find anything.
