how do i go back to 1.50 on recovery mode with 3.03oe-a i dont want to go back i just want it to be there and is 3.03oe-a' safe?

Yes its safe, and the RECOVERY folder can be found in the 302 OE-A+B download from my sig, just copy the RECOVERY folder to GAME.
