Okay everytime I try to use DVD Shrink, it analizes it, but whenever I click backup it closes the program, I've download it a million times and it has done the same thing over and over!

If dialysis1's idea does not work then it is the encryption that is on the movie you are trying to do. Use Ripit4Me to rip the DVD to HD and then use Shrink and all should be well
