If anyone can help me i'm freaking out
i recorded over a home movie for about 30 min.
it's a old VHS tape
i was trying to covert it to a DVD
and i messed up
is there anyway to get back the 30 min
or am i screwed?

if anyone has feed back PLEASE

Sorry, you're screwed. If you record over a portion of a VHS tape, whatever was there before is gone for ever. Videotape is not like a hard disk. There is no going back. In future, protect precious VHS tapes by breaking the erase protect tab off.
