Is it possible to play backups made for the xbox, on a xbox 360, that has a samsung drive flash with the latest xtreme 5.2 firmware, since the new firmware supports DVD-R. Is it possible?
so does that mean you dont need to reburn them, because I have loads of xbox backups already, and want to play them on 360, will I be able to if I update to version 5.2?
They should work as long as the default.xbe hasn't been modified. If it has then you could try xbefix to correct them, but of course they'll then need to be reburnt.
Might depend on what media you have them on, also. Only DVD+R games seem to read in my 360. Yet I know it'll read -r's because I burnt the emulator to a -r way back before I got on Live.
