yes. if your on 3.02/3.03 OE-A/b then u just go into recovery mode and registery hacks then change the buttons.

If your on 1.5 you need pspset to change the buttons. if your on SE downgrade to 1.5 then use pspset then upgrade again...

my newer psp is a jap and yes thr 3.02 oe has button asignment on the recovery menu but id just say persver i's not that bad a habit once you get used to i i have lol
