I have Xtreme 5.2B firmware and a Pioneer 111D with Verbatum DL discs at 1X speed....

What does it mean if my backup is stealth patched? Do I still need to merge the SS file before burning?

I take it your downloading your games, as long as you own the retail game it's okay, if it come prepatched it should be ok to burn as-is, but don't burn at 1x it causes problems for most disc-burner combo's burn at 2.4x and you should be great.
