I can't help you but you need to edit out your serial number asap. It starts with 1A20- delete that whole line.

update Nero to at least 6.6.0.18

use good media (Taiyo Yuden or Verbatim) and don't burn above 8x

We shall go to the end,we shall fight in France,we shall fight on the seas and oceans,we shall fight with growing confidence and growing strength in the air,we shall defend our Island, whatever the cost may be,we shall fight on the beaches,we shall fight on the landing grounds,we shall fight in the fields and in the streets,we shall fight in the hills;we shall never surrender

Your firmware is most current according to codeguys...

http://codeguys.rpc1.org/firmwares.html

...but the drive isn't seeing the discs. As suggested, try another brand of discs.

Slow your burn speed down to 8X.

You have Roxio's evil drives installed on your PC...you need to use this tool to clean Roxio off your PC. It is known to create conflicts with other video burning apps, especially Nero.

hi :)
as Locoeng says plus a couple of observations

Quote:
Physical memory : 494MB (506604kB)
Free physical memory: 149MB (152824kB)

close more applications to free up more memory, you're nearly in virtual memory territory
which means your hard disc will be 'swapping', therefore interfering with the burn.
you really need at least 256Mb of free memory

i'd add another 256Mb if i where you

one other thing to take in to account is that free HDD is a governing factor as follows

the disc you are copying to..........= 4.7Gb
disc you are copying...................= 4.2Gb
15% of total for pc to do it's thing = 1.3Gb
free space needed.....................= 10.2Gb (or there abouts)
if it's a D/L then the amount needed increases dramatically
