I usually find what I'm looking for on this site without having to start a new thread but I was having a bit of a problem trying phrase this to put into the search bar.

I'm at work using Internet Explorer 7 (Release Version). And it works fine most of the time, unless I try to open a RAR or ZIP file from IE. When I attempt to open it after downloading IE goes a little crazy and starts flashing on the screen. It'll open a new IE page and it'll close and reopen over and over until I restart.

Has anyone else had this problem?

PS: Oh and before anyone says "FIREFOX" etc. I use it at home but I can't switch over at work.
