i have a ricoh mp5125a the media i have been using is zero defex dvd+r the were working fine until i got my last lot now every one has target error iam using nero 6 dvd decrypter and dvd2one they seem to burn as data but not video i can use dvd+rw and they burn no problem it just seems to be prob with +r media i tryed arita memorex verbatim all with the same problem can anyone help please !!!thanks!!!

You had an ASPI Error and that message is a throwback to the days when all CDRs were ALL SCSI. Anyway, try to install the ASPI layer again and install Nero's wnaspi32.dll in place of Adaptecs version. I prefer version 4.6, but now there is a 4.7 and 4.71. Some programs, ie; CDWRIN, have trouble with the newer ASPI Layers. This can also be a Hardware Error, make sure your cable is connected well and that you burner is not failing.
