And you expect someone here to answer your "q" with very little detail m8? C'mon...
What file format are the file(s) to make them into a .bin file (which I've never heard of). I bet you have a bunch of WinRar files and you need to extract each one (in the same folder), then right click the first WinRar file (r.00) and click extract here= bin& cue file. My guess anyways...
