ok this is not a ps2 specific question but for all torrents I guess
but some torrents just won't download despite having tons of peers and seeds
I 'm using Azureus
this happened when I'm downloading gta:lcs, twice it got up to 90% and just stopped completely this also happened with bully
also some torrents just won't download one single bit
I'm connected to tons of other people but they just won't download why?
this happens to anyone else?

are you using a router or any firewall or antivirus software?
Those may block certain programs.
Also some PC require you to forward the ports you use.
and the first thing i would do is change the default port that
Azureus uses to download as some sites have it blocked
so change it to any number like 26877 or whatever
