Flashing on a NFORCE motherboard??

How can I flash on my NFOCRCE motherboard?? I want to flash a new drive when I pick up my new 360 tommorrow, since my other one died 2 days ago, and I do not want to have to drive an hour to pay someone to do it for me again... I want to do it by myself... please help thanks...

You should be fine flashing it with your NFORCE Motherboard.

As I said in the other post the Hitachi 0078FK CAN be flashed.
