Hey

my laptop has blue screened a few times with this "greater than but less" error or something...malware related any ideas?

If you are getting BSODs, first thing to do is uninstall any recently installed software you can think of and check to see if you are still getting them.

the last time i got the message i was in safe mode, running avast AV, Spybot, AVG antispyware and ad aware....ive had them on my laptop for about 6 months now..... so i dont know
