hey i have downloaded some torrents that had the hot shots changed to the game i got. but i have made some like dragoon and i cant find out how to change the hot shot to a dragoon icon i have. can anyone help me with this i cant seem to get it i tried pbp unpaker but all it does is show me the file

ok this is what you do with a homebrew icon so it might be the same

open up you file in pbp unpacker and extract param.sfo

then close it and open it again and this time go to new eboot and select the param.sfo under param.sfo and select the background picture under pic1.png and select your icon under icon0.pmf

that might be it.

i get an error saying unable to save.... something about correct privlages or something lik that
