PSP UMD Drive Replacement

THe UMD drive in my PSP is broken, it doesnt spin the UMDs, it has no ablility anymore. My warranty is already over pending that time has expired, so now i have taken upon myself to do a little home repair. I already have a working UMD drive ready to go. I've already begun to start the replacing process, a few problems arose.

1. I live in Canada, can anyone tell me where i can have access to a #00 or #000 phillips screwdriver.

2. First time the screws have been touched so they are really tight to remove, seems near impossible.

3. Can anyway take me through a step by step process of replacing my UMD drive please.

If you can address these problems it would be appreciated, thanks.
