i have a psp with v2.0 firmware ..can i run emulators on this version or even ripped iso`s...i do not really want to downgrade to 1.5 unless there is no other way ..

ps which are best emulators for amiga /n64

You can only run homebrew on a 2.00; no isos. I don't think there was ever an ISO loader released for it. You should upgrade to 3.03 OE-A2. That's your boy Dark_AleX. Just upgrade and thank him later.
