Is there any way to change an AVC video's title/tag once it has been encoded?

I renamed the videos from VOB-08.VTS... etc before I converted them but now realise I have mis-labelled them all. Any way to change their names without having to re-encode them all?

I am talking about the name that the PSP displays, not the MAQXXXXX name. I tried a google search but just kept getting taken to rubbishy ipod video converters.
