When I try using dvdshrink23 and go to disc it reads no disc found . After getting to it to see a disc in a drive I hit ok . The hour glass comes up but the system locks up . Message says program not responding . Any help would be appreciated

Yep, come across that myself. What i did was a program re-instal and it worked fine.

Well, i ddi a format of my HD and re-installed XP. This got rid of a lot of useless programs which i guess where conflicting with them.
