I was doing al the right steps and the from 2.71 to 1.5 downgrade i skipped one ste cos i got distracted by a phone call, next thing i know.... psp turn on but i got nothing on the screen :( all black, i just bricked my friend's psp.

i think you needed to start 2.80 to 2.71 first. was that the step?

yeap, i did that fine, from 2.80 to 7.1, but from 7.1 to 1.5 i screwed, i skipped step 6 from the guide for ta-0.82
