action replay + burned swap magic , is this possible

After reading some of the threads I figured out that I cannot use a burned copy of swap magic v3 on my ps2, since there is no way to boot it, so i need to have the original swap magic. But now suppose if I have the burned copy of the swap magic and also the action replay max dvd then is there any way to boot the copy of swap magic with that action replay dvd, Please help.
