I just downloaded a DivX compressed DVD Ripped movie. And when I try to use VirtualDub to grab the audio out it says "Cannot determine file type *LOCATION*TheOthers.avi"

What should I do to make it so I can play it on a VCD?

b2knas: You might have AC3 audio in it. Download GraphEdit, read posts regarding to its use and strip the audio out of the AVI and downmix it to stereo-WAV with HeadAC3he. Then use the AVI as video source and the downmixed WAV as audio source for TMPGEnc.
