how do i make an iso image of a psx game? or a ps2 game?

if you mean after downloading from torrents and now you have several rar files just install WinRAR and then in one of the files right click extract here it should create a iso

if you mean that you have the games burned in one cd or dvd use
dvd decrypter mode iso \read

or is something else?
