You currently have a FAT32 file system which only supports a maxiumum file size of 4GB while NTFS supports files up to 2TB in size. To confirm this go to My Computer->Right-click->Properties. Under the General Tab it should tell you what file system you are running (either FAT32 or NTFS).
You need to convert your file system to NTFS. If you are running Win2K or WinXP you can perform this conversion. Go to Start->Run->Type in "cmd". At the command prompt type "convert [drive letter] /fs:ntfs" (without quotes). If you need more detailed instructions read http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;307881
when i try to open cmd it says:
"Command Prompt - cmd
The NTVDM CPU has encountered an illegal instruction.
