Converting 007 Everything or Nothing PAL to NTSC W/ y-fix

Is it possible to y-fix adjust this game after it's been converted from PAL to NTSC? I realize there's a very popular program people use to do this but it fails to work with Everything or Nothing, the ADR patcher works and the game plays successfully but it offers no y-fix.

Alternatives, suggestions? TIA.
