No way! The game company (devs) have up until the time the games are pressed to change the update. It will be the most current FW at the time. I'm guessing 3.05???

i 'am not sure if it is like that for example GTA:vice city stories worked in 2.71 firmware and that wasn't the highest firmware at the time ,and was included a 2.81 firmware update but you dont need the update to play the game

You got a point. But you gotta think shipping times, too. By the time the game was shipped, 2.80 may have been released and then I think the next day 2.81 was released. So it's not always gonna be the most current FW. But Crisis core is taking as long to release as GT almost.
