What is the difference between the NTSC version of FFVII and the PAL version of FFVII?

NTSC its north american version and PAL is for europe version.

Is there anything different in the games or anything? I have the PAL version and I don't know if I should get the NTSC one.

well if you are going to use the psx emulator it works better if it is NTSC because even if you convert PAL-NTSC it will mess up sometimes
