Playing Downloaded Games Help Needed

I recently bought a psp from ebay and it's version 3.03. I desperately want to play downloaded games. i have downloaded some games but i have no idea how to get them to play on the psp. ive looked around for help but am very confused.can anyone help me?

you can't play isos in a psp with 3.03 official sony firmware
you can't downgrade either ,you can only downgrade from 2.80

to play isos you need a psp with 1.5 firmware

but to install dark alex custom firmware he needs to have 1.5 firmware only then he can upgrade to 3.03 oe-b
