Got a question for a friend... he has a EUR PSP.. baught it in Holland

FW is 2.6
im not sure..but can u just install a 2.71 US FW? or will that faak shieeet up?

if not.. can he go to 2.71 EUR, and then will the TA-082 MOBO still be able to be downgraded to 1.5, and then up to 3.03 OE-A? or..can u not downgrade these files on an European PSP ?

you can downgrade it but you cannot put a us firmware on it so you will need the eur counterparts and it will b fine

so if i get him the 2.71 EUR FW update, and then do all the downgrading..it will be fine?

i just don't wanna be responsable for bricking his PSP ..hehe

it should be but id look for a downgrader that says it can be used on a eur psp b/c if it cant it will brick the psp because it has a different kernal
