so ive seen several RAR files and folders for this ISO that come with files called "001File" or "002file", but never one with an actual .iso file...whats up with this?

The ISO has been split into several parts using WinRAR. You download all the parts and then use WinRAR to extract the ISO from them.

thats the thing, they didnt come in a .rar. they are just in a folder.

just goto one of the .001 files and right click it and go open with then select WinRAR and follow the on screen instructions
