Super Converter build 19 Fix and new Super21

I was very , very happy that I found the Super Converter 2006 19 Fix,
to convert my .ts files with the MEncoder to DivX.

Then I found the update Super 21, after installing the new software on my Win XP System; I could not use that tool:
ERROR...
After deinstalling Super 21 I reinstalled Super 19, but the tools will not work any longer. It is not possible to start it.
Cleaning the registry did not help.

Any idea how I can get the old version on my PC, otherwise I can stop my work forever...
