how do i enable 480i in RE4?

Most of my ps2 games play in 480i on my tv(with meteora component cables) and was wondering why re4 doesnt play in 480i. It looks super blurry and washed out. there is no crispness to the picture at all, but if i play dbz budokai 3 it looks amazing. RE4 looks beeter in S-Video then in component. is there anysoftware that i can use to force it into 480i?

also once and a while my screen will turn greenish. i know that usually happens because the blue video plug is loose or disconnected. i have no loose connections at all. is the ps2 video port dying? or is it crosstalk or interference on the line? i know if i unplug the video cord from my ps2 and plug it back in it works fine for a while then turns green.

EDIT: the video port was dirty in my ps2 so i cleaned it with some rubbing alcohol and used some ProGold to enhance the picture quality.

man what the hell. these are under 50kb, i have them on my pc and one is 45kb. well i hope this is in the range they should be now. Just please answer my question.

do properties on those 2 bars as they add up to 358,932 bytes not 50,000 bytes as in the forum rules.
