I think i have a SEMI BRICKED psp! HELP ME!

i upgrade my psp from fw 1.50 to 3.02OE-A > OE-B > 3.03OE-A > OE-A'. now im stuck here. im psp boots up and performs all normal fuctions such as music photo vids and internet BUT when i try to load a UMD or and ISO the system just restarts itself! I tried to recover my psp back down to but in recovery mode my psp just goes to a black screen and restarts again. i can still access teh recovery menu so i know its not totally bricked so b4 it gets outta control can ANYONE HELP ME?!
