hi I'm running windows xp home edition, i designed flyer's for my business but when i e-mail them to the print shop they cant open them!! what do i need to save them as in order for them to be able to open it.ive also tried to put it on to a pen drive but no go..(its got clip art as well)

please help.

First you have to find out what program they are using to try to open it. Then after that you have to save it in a format that they can open.

Such as if it is set up in MS Word and you are opening it in Aldus Page Maker you have to find a format that will work on both.

Contact your print shop people. Ask them what format the files should be in. You must give them stuff to work with in the form they require. No way for anyone else to know what they need.
