If you don't know what it is or what it does, why do you want a link to it ?

I suggest you do some reading to decide what it is yuo are after.

well a friend told me their was a new devhook out and i wanted to know if it was much different from the old version, because i have a 2.81 and he told me the new devhook would work on it if i upgraded again. i just dont want to upgrade if i end up not being able to play iso files on my psp and he said they would work but i dont know if he knows what hes saying lol, thanks

If you have a 2.81 you can't run any version of devhook.

How longs a piece of string ?

There is no way of knowing, a 2.81 or higher firmware downgrader could come out next month or never.

I'm afraid its just a case of wait and see.
