DVDfab disc 2 problems

Started using DVDfab for DVD-9 to two discs...followed instructions on doom9 site and disc1 works great but disc 2 wont load in stand alone player...tried two different burns all I get is the following message "Please check TV system"

Is disc two somehow created in PAL?? I have NTSC.
