Need help with CSOs!

Okay, i downloaded 5 csos for Killzone liberation, it told me to download all 5 on pspunderworld.

ISOs have the UMD_DATA.bin stuff and PSP_GAME. The csos are just one file each. Here is my question, Do csos not need them because they are compressed? If so, how do i get them working with my PSP? just move all 5 cso files into the ISO folder? THen load one of them?
