I am a new starter to the dbox trend, my box which until recently recieved all channels, i seem to have lost all the sky,e4,nickalodene ect channels, i have done a fast service scan with no effect. the full scan when i go into it does not seem to have any settings on the transponder screne as im new to all this and don't have any instruction manual could someone please help

what image are you running what type of box is it, how many flash chip are on it..

the box is nokia and running with sportster.ump2002.net this was instaled when purchsed and im sorry but all this i new to me
