How do I mod halo 1 xbox?

First off, forgive me if this is in the wrong forum I'm new here. If this should be somewhere else please tell me.

Anyway I want to know if modding halo 1 is different to mod than halo 2. I've searched through these forums as well as others to find out but can't find anything.

I'm assuming I'll have to put halo 1 on my xbox hard drive, if so what files do I send over as their a little different than H2?

Next is porting the maps back to the xbox after editing the same as Halo 2 or is their something special to do with them?

well on halomods there are thousands of mods for halo xbox and halo custom edition to xbox conversions, but no tutuorials.

That's what I was thinking but the files are a little bit different than H2 as I mentioned in my first post. I need to know what files to send over and what to keep.

Also is halo 1 small enough you can fit the whole game, campaign and all on the hard drive?

yea halo 1 is small enough to fit on ur hd and for the files jus look for the maps like in halo 2
