Hello, I am interested in buying the Magic Keys II with Swap Magic 3.8 Coder version from the following website:

http://modchip.com/ps2/magickeys38order.php

Towards the middle of the above website is a picture of a silver Playstation 2 and a black Playstation 2. The silver playstation2's big magic key piece is different from the piece on the black playstation2. So if I order the Magic Keys II with Swap Magic Coder Version, which pieces would I get? I have a black Playstation 2. Also, could you describe what this does, as I'm no so sure.

Thanks in Advance,
Pavuman

I am not sure if your supposed to mention sites/advertise here but I am not entirely sure. I just got magic key and installed it today. I got 3 pieces which do the same thing. On newer systems you need to take apart and install a different piece from either of the ones pictured there. Some PS2s have a metal piece blocking the entry of those two pieces in that area so there is an alternative piece that came with mine. I also saw that it looks simple to remove the metal block when you take apart the PS2, the pros and cons I don't know. You can find all the info on this site or the links they give such as where to buy chips or keys which this site is kind enough to provide. Here is the site that I ordered mine from. And if you click on instructions it shows you diagrams of how to install.

In fact on another glance that second piece, the one on the right may actually fit around the metal block.
