i have had my dvd wrighter for about 9 or 10 months and i started using dual layers at first they were working fine but now every time i put the burned dual layer in my rom drive it hits 49 percent but if i use my burner to check it its fine but when i put it on my 360 i all ways get trying to read disc or some times stops or unable to read disc if i put it in my normal dvd player it plays fine then just stops but if i burn a normal dvd 5 disc it plays fine have no problems can any 1 help is it my burner or the dvd discs as was using aones and traxdata dual layers

You have to provide a lot more information for some ome to help you.
What's the name and model of your burner?
Is your firmware up to date?
What programs have you used to rip and burn this project?
Is this a game or a movie?
What speed are you burning at?
The list can go on and on.

One thing for sure, the only reliable DL media is Verbatim.
Anything else is a waste of time.

the burner is a liteon the firm ware was 160P6S.PS0A. the soft ware i use to ripp it was decrypter i used Nero 7 to burn i use 2.4 on the traxdata disc and on aones i used 2.4 and 4 speed it was a movie i have tryed loads

Nero is not the best software for DL discs. Give ImgBurn a try. It's free. Some really great guides are on the site. But first you need to use the proper media.
Also your firmware could use an update.
