I had to purchase a phone that was compatible with Cingular off of ebay because we were not out of contract and unable to upgrade to a new phone. I'm now getting the message: phone restricted.

The IMEI is: 352735018991690

From reading the threads, it appears that I need some type of code to unlock it. Can someone help me out?
