Can not boot to SYBA SY-VIA-150 PCI SATA

I just received this yesterday from NewEgg

But I can not boot to the card. I only can use it in Windows. Now I don't think it matters but it came with the VIA VT6421A chipset into of the VIA VT6421L.

But what do I need to do to get my mobo to boot to this?

Oh and it's not so much that I can't boot to the card, just I am trying to flash my Xbox 360's firmware and the card isn't seen in DOS and I'm not even sure how to get it to be seen, in general, so I can gt into the card's BIOS.

Download the VIA drivers 5.30 (I believe) from Viaarena.com
Depending on whether or not you guys have m28 or m25 drives, if you want the drive seen in dos then
Use xtreme boot maker to set up floppy with hexedited mtkflash
Hook SATA from 360 drive to SATA Card
Turn on 360
Turn on PC and boot to DOS with bootdisk
At dos type mtkflash r /m /sata orig.bin
It will then have an option for xtreme primary
If using M28 turn off 360 then select xtreme primary, if m25 then keep 360 on and select.
Wait 10-15 seconds on m28 drive then turn it back on. It should start reading
If m25, it should start reading immediately.
