unlocking a Nokia 6015i ???

Is it possible to unlock a 6015i without a data cable? The iemi isn't where it should be. It's locked to Verizon (U.S.). The info wher the iemi should be follows: HW ID: 6000 ESN HEX: 21800254 - Code: 0518598HM29TL - ESN: 033/08389204

Any info would be greatly appreciated!
