Cd Quality Scan Question

I have a question regarding a CD Disc Quality Scan, everytime I scan a cd it shows like the drive slows down, like a spike downward.

So I was wondering if anyone had any ideas why.

I don't do multiple things in the background.

Im using BenQ 1655 Firmware BCDB
FujiFilm TY's CD-R's

When I do dvd's its fine.

There's a newer firmware version BCIB.

Have a scan you can post of the cd?
