Suspended due to non-functional email address

i backed up " the Protector " w/ DvdFab Platinum
Shrunk it w/ Shrink

Then went to back it up as usual w/ ImgBurn and it gives me an error befor It even starts to write the disk or even hit 1%....any ideas

try uninstall the program and reinstall and see if that helps
