hi to all.

a friend has a problem with a Nokia 7250i.

this mobile functions well but it doesn't
open the voice Gallery.
when he tries to open files it block's all
functions,& he must toggle away the battery
and turn on the mobile to have it operate.

Does anyone knows what to do about this problem
