Is there a way to use Codebreaker/Action Replay/Etc codes while booting games of a USB HDD?

As in a special USB Loader, or just a way to use normal cheat disks with USB Loaders.

Why don't you try
putting in the cheat disc first.
apply the codes.
put in the usb loader disc when prompted to insert game disc.
and now choose your game from the list.
IT MIGHT WORK.
